Hi, I’m Niko Kokkinos, founder of Modern Lusso Design Studio.

I’ve been working in the design industry for over 10 years and now based in Annapolis, Maryland. My design journey began in Athens, Greece, where I founded a lifestyle and luxury apothecary brand, Modern Lusso, inspired by the Mediterranean summers.

Today, I bring that same sense of design, simplicity, and timeless style into every interior I create. At Modern Lusso Design Studio, I focus on designing beautiful, functional spaces that feel personal and uniquely yours. While I specialize in organic modern design, I believe every project should reflect the people who live in it, not just a particular style.
